Crosswater research
As a group, we looked into the company to see what it specialised in, its target audience and what there products look like and created a Brainstorm of of key bits of information.
Crosswater is a modern, Luxury Bathroom company that specialised in brass-ware, such as taps and shower heads. They've been established since 1998 and since then they've been, and still are, one of the leading company's in bathroom design by due to some of the Europe's leading designers working for them, such as:
- Kelly Hoppen (/kelly-hoppen/)
- Mike Pro (/mike-pro/)
- Belgravia (/belgravia-range/)
- Waldof (/waldorf/)
- and Dial (/dial/)
On top of this, they have been able to keep up, and in some cases even surpass, the latest technology trends. For instance their 'Cool Touch Valves' and 'Air infused shower heads' are ahead of the competition in both its design aspect and it technological superiority to other brands. This is clearly seen in their sales figures which stand at a whopping 900 sales per day with an average of 1700 telephone enquires per day. to get a better understanding, I made a word bank to gather everything that relates to the company and what words Crosswater uses to describes itself.
